New Resources Highlight Inclusionary Housing Policies
The Lincoln Institute recently released a report showing how inclusionary zoning can be used to reduce economic segregation and offering solutions for overcoming political, legal and practical barriers to successful inclusionary housing programs. Also in support of policies to address racial and economic segregation, the Nation Housing Conference (NHC) released an Inclusive Communities Toolkit.
