Register Today
for the HOME Module |
NCSHA’s HFA Institute training is essential for anyone working with the HOMEprogram.Do not miss out on this opportunity to join HFA staff and other industry partners in 2016.
This year’s HOME module provides attendees not only the opportunity to hear HOME updates directly from HUD, but also the latest on the much anticipated National Housing Trust Fund (HTF). The module includes expert training on vital HOME topics, including monitoring, underwriting, and the shift to grant-based accounting, as well as how to underwrite properties for extremely low-income households using HTF funding. If you are new to HOME or looking for a refresher on program basics, be sure to begin the conference with the two-part HOME Essentials session.
The HFA Institute includes three other modules offering sessions on the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, MRBs and Other Federal Homeownership Programs, and Section 8 and Other Federally Assisted Multifamily Housing. View all module dates and programs here. |
