|Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing
Annual Meeting and OKC MSA Housing Forum
Don’t forget to register for the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing’s Annual Meeting on May 18th. This year’s event will concentrate on the results of the recently released Statewide Housing Needs Assessment. The Housing Assessment, conducted over fourteen months, is a thorough study of the affordable housing stock across our state and also focuses on issues such as Disaster Resiliency, Fair Housing and Lead Based Hazards.
This forum will feature the assessment’s results from the following counties: Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma, and Pottawatomie; and will be the first of five events throughout the state providing region-specific data from the study.
The Statewide Housing Needs Assessment was commissioned by the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and HUD. The Housing Forums are presented by the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
After the Forum, make plans to stick around to celebrate the Coalition’s first anniversary and to join us for our Annual Meeting!
