This webinar will guide historic Main Street property owners and tenants seeking to lower energy costs and improve their bottom line. The presentation will assist building owners and operators to more effectively plan for energy efficiency upgrades.
Participants will learn about active building sub-systems and how they interact to form one complete energy system. An approach to typical energy efficiency project planning will be examined with a flow chart to facilitate learning.
Explanation of the various Return on Investment (ROI) for typical Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) recommended for Historic Main Street buildings.
Participants will be able to submit their questions in advance or during the question & answers session at the end of the webinar.
