Paper: Borrowing Innovation, Achieving Affordability: What We Can Learn From Massachusetts Chapter 40B

The Terner Center for Housing Innovation has released a new paper titled "Borrowing Innovation, Achieving Affordability: What We Can Learn From Massachusetts Chapter 40B." This paper explores how Chapter 40B, a policy which simplified local approvals processes for affordable housing, expanded supply in Massachusetts. The paper also discusses how Chapter 40B could be adapted for California.
