OHFA has posted the final version of the rules changes. You may view those here: https://www.ok.gov/ohfa/documents/2018-AHTC-final-draft-rules.pdf
Thanks to all the comments, the staff has incorporated in the suggested change to the definition of elderly. The new definition of elderly allows the developer to decide between 55+ or 62+.
Reminder: These rules must be approved by the OHFA Board of Trustees at their next meeting on March 22. We strongly suggest that members attend to support the change and be prepared to offer verbal comments if the Trustees have any questions.
