On June 6 at 2 p.m. EDT, Enterprise Community Partners will host a webinar on how to effectively use public land for affordable housing. Using publicly owned land for affordable housing in strong markets can expand access for affordable housing. In struggling markets, encouraging the use of publicly owned land can help catalyze investment and revitalization. However, planning for these land parcels, soliciting developers and actually developing these parcels can be very challenging. The webinar will cover newly released Enterprise research that identifies leading practices and recommendations for overcoming challenges and creating effective publicly owned parcel development processes.
