The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs is requesting comments on regulatory amendments to provide the Grant Per Diem program with increased flexibility to respond to changing needs of veterans, repurpose existing and future funds more efficiently and allow recipients to add, modify or eliminate components of funded programs. Comments are due Sept. 25.
