OHFA Releases 2018 Final Draft Low Income Housing Tax Credit Application

The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency released the final draft of the 2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Application (aka Affordable Housing Tax Credit). The final application and instructions are available on their website or click the title below.

OHFA Trustees will consider the application on September 13. Anyone wishing to make comments on the final application should file 10 copies of their comments not less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
