There has been a lot of activity the last few days at the Capitol. Of particular note:
SB953 by Senator Griffin has new language that would limit use of the state affordable housing tax credit to only 9% tax credit developments.
HB3055 by Representative Hilbert to end the state affordable housing credit effective 12/31/2018 has pass the A&B Finance Subcommittee.
HB3282 by Representative Kannady related to service accommodation animals has new language; however, the disability community still opposes. This bill has passed the Judiciary Committee.
