The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency are partnering to host a meeting to explore ideas from the development community to improve the Low Income Housing Tax Credit tiebreaker system and to create guiding principles for the new workforce pilot program for Oklahoma and Tulsa Counties.
OHFA’s Workforce Pilot Program is a loan product designed for developers to produce housing. The amount of funds available for each county is $4 million.
