Instructions on How to Comment on the 2019 OHFA Draft Qualified Action Plan

Check out the new online public discussion forum for Oklahoma’s tax credit program. Submit your comments, ideas, suggestions or observations by June 30, 2018. There are ten threads and 21 posts so far. Visit the forum at http://ohfaqapsuggestions.freeforums.net/board/4/suggestions.

To receive notifications of forum posts, you will need to REGISTER and create a profile. Click here for the notification instructions. You don’t have to login or create an account to participate as a guest. Members can add up to three attachments up to 1 MB each.

Topic threads posted to date include Points & Tiebreakers; Lottery or Not to Lottery; Income Averaging; Fair Housing Training; Raising the Cap; 5 Open Development Limit; Location Points; Revitalization Plans, and General Comments.

A proposed draft of the 2019 application will be posted online around July 26. Plan to attend the public input session on Thursday, August 9, from 9:30 to Noon at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, Will Rogers Room.
