The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing (OCAH) will offer a special track for homeownership professionals at the 2018 Affordable Housing Conference: Plan.Build.House.
The conference takes place Aug. 21 and 22 at the Embassy Suites Downtown/ Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Homebuyer education professionals may receive up to five hours continuing education credit for attending the Homeownership Track which takes place Aug. 21.
Sessions will focus on the following topics: reverse mortgages, Native American housing resources, Oklahoma homebuyer resources, and the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s Duty to Serve Program.
