SB1168 is scheduled to be heard today, at 10am by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Please contact committee members NOW and request that they VOTE NO on this bill. This bill would limit contingencies in contracts to 180 days (6 months) for zoning, permitting, etc. For tax credit developments, this is simply not enough time to receive a tax credit award and go through planning and zoning, etc.
PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL NOW!
