PartnerTulsa, Working in Neighborhoods and the City of Tulsa are hosting a free virtual webinar on the demolition list and lien abatement on June 29, 2022 at 12:00pm. Kevin Cox of Working in Neighborhoods will explain what properties qualify as dilapidated structures and what steps developers should take before and after purchasing a house on the dilapidated structure list.
