Tulsa has been selected as one of four communities to participate in the launch of the MacArthur Foundation and Urban Institute’s Just Home Project, a national program designed to advance community-driven efforts to break the link between housing instability and jail incarceration!
Through September 30, 2022, they will be engaging in a planning process to develop a Housing Investment Action Plan. They are inviting you as a housing provider to participate in this process to identify strategies to break the cycle of homelessness and incarceration.
As the first step, they would like your input on the gaps and barriers that exist in providing housing to low-income renter households and tenants with a history of criminal justice involvement. If you would like to participate, please complete the accompanying survey. If you want to participate, please submit your responses by June 24, 2022.
