Seeking Qualified Candidates to Serve on the Coalition Board of Directors

Are you or someone you know an exceptional member of the affordable housing industry with a perspective that would benefit the Coalition? The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing is seeking nominations for candidates to serve on the 2025 Board of Directors. The Board aims to represent a diverse mix of professional industries, serving rural and urban areas in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Open seats are available, and nominations will be accepted until Friday, August 30.

Board Member Eligibility:

• Must be an Active/Voting member of the Coalition. Active membership types include Sustaining, Corporate, and Non-Profit/Housing Authority.
• Must be in good standing with 2024 membership dues paid.

Submission Information:

• Fill out the Board of Directors Nomination Application.
• Please submit a headshot and bio along with your application to andrea@ocah.info.
• The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, August 30.

Election Process & Key Dates:

• The Nominating Committee will review all applications.
• The Nominating Committee will present a slate of nominees to the current Board of Directors.
• The election will be held, and only Active/Voting members can participate in the elections.
• The newly elected board members will be announced at the Annual Meeting during the Oklahoma Housing Conference on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
