The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing (OCAH) is inviting Voting Members to participate in the annual QAP Luncheon & Discussion on June 30, an important opportunity to review and discuss the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA) Draft 2027 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
The Qualified Allocation Plan serves as the framework for the allocation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) in Oklahoma and plays a significant role in shaping the development and preservation of affordable housing throughout the state. As OHFA seeks stakeholder feedback on the draft plan, OCAH is bringing together housing professionals, developers, lenders, nonprofit organizations, housing authorities, and industry partners to discuss proposed changes and identify key priorities.
Through collaborative discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to share insights, raise concerns, and help shape OCAH's recommendations to OHFA. The luncheon serves as a valuable forum for industry stakeholders to work together and ensure the affordable housing community has a strong and unified voice in the QAP process.
