Affordable Housing Day at the Capitol is a key opportunity to meet directly with your State Senator and Representative to share how your work is creating safe, affordable housing in communities across Oklahoma.

The State of Oklahoma has officially proclaimed March 31st as Affordable Housing Day, recognizing the impact of housing across our communities.

OCAH’s goal is to advocate for continued legislative support that helps expand and preserve affordable housing statewide. This annual event brings together Coalition members, housing advocates, legislators, and partners to discuss the policy issues shaping the future of housing in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing is hosting the Annual Member Appreciation Luncheon at The Capitol View Event Center in Oklahoma City, immediately following the OHFA Board Meeting. 

Enjoy lunch and networking with other Coalition members. Registration is $25 to 2025 Paid Members. Non-Members are welcome to attend as well to learn more about the Coalition and network with our members. Non-Member price is $45. 

Please Note: You must be a Voting Member of OCAH to attend. Voting Memberships include Sustaining, Corporate and Non-Profit/Housing Authority Members (does not include Corporate Affiliate Memberships or Individual Memberships).

Join the Conversation to Help Shape Affordable Housing Policy in Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing invites our voting members to a luncheon meeting to review and discuss the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s 2027 DRAFT Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application.

Over lunch, we will walk through the draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), gather feedback, and work toward a consensus on key recommendations to submit to OHFA.
