The 2025 Oklahoma Housing Summit is on Monday, November 10, bringing together professionals from across the state to learn, collaborate, and build solutions for Oklahoma’s housing future. Hosted by the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing (OCAH), this one-day event offers a full schedule of training, discussions, and networking opportunities designed to support those working to create and preserve affordable housing across our communities.

This year’s Summit includes professional development opportunities offering Continuing Education (CE) credit for Realtors and 4 hours of HOME and LIHTC Fair Housing Training for property managers and applicants.
Led by Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, the Fair Housing Track fulfills OHFA’s compliance standards and provides practical, real-world strategies to ensure housing professionals remain informed, certified, and equipped to promote inclusive housing practices.

• Housing Stability Program (HSP) Track – Covers every stage of the Housing Stability Program, from application and award to compliance and long-term management, led by OHFA program experts.

• Housing First & Rural Solutions – Explore best practices for homelessness prevention and rural housing innovation.

• Developer Track – Dive into emerging strategies, including 3D-printed housing, energy efficiency, and the “Big Beautiful Bill.”
