Please Disregard Your 2027 OCAH Membership Renewal Invoice

If you received a 2027 OCAH membership renewal invoice this weekend, please disregard it.

Do not pay it. Do not forward it to accounting. And definitely do not frame it.

Our membership system decided on its own that October 1 was the perfect time to send out 2027 renewal invoices. Unfortunately, it did not check with the OCAH Board first.

The Board will be approving 2027 membership levels and dues, which means the invoice you received included the wrong amounts and incorrect membership details.

We have had a firm conversation with the software. It has promised to do better.

In all seriousness, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

What Happens Next?

Your correct 2027 OCAH membership renewal invoice will be sent on November 15.

No action is needed from you until then.

If you already paid the invoice, thank you for your enthusiasm! There is nothing you need to do. We will reach out to you personally to get everything sorted out.
