The Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing invites our voting members to a luncheon meeting to review and discuss the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s 2024 DRAFT Low Income Housing Tax Credit Application. During lunch, we will review the draft QAP to discuss and reach consensus points from members to send to OHFA.

Presented by the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing (OCAH), the Oklahoma Housing Conference is the premier event in Oklahoma where affordable housing industry professionals come together to learn and connect with their peers. The mission of the Oklahoma Coalition for Affordable Housing (“Coalition”) is to lead the movement to ensure that all residents of the state of flourish in safe, affordable homes and to help communities develop safe and affordable housing options for all residents. We reach our mission through advocacy, education, and practical training to foster the production and maintenance of affordable housing throughout the state.

The Annual Affordable Housing Advocacy Day at the Capitol. Affordable Housing Day provides a key opportunity to meet with your state Senator and Representative directly to educate them on your efforts to provide safe affordable housing in communities across Oklahoma. The Coalition's goal is to advocate for continued support to develop affordable housing across the state. This day brings together Coalition members, housing advocates, legislators and other stakeholders together to discuss legislative issues affecting affordable housing in Oklahoma.
